VoltSense at METSTRADE 2025: A Breakthrough Week for Smart & Affordable Boat Monitoring

The VoltSense team has returned from METSTRADE 2025 with great energy, new partnerships, and strong confirmation that we are building exactly what the marine industry needs: simple, reliable, and affordable boat monitoring for every boat owner.

Estonia's Debut at METSTRADE

This year marked an important milestone. For the first time ever, Estonia participated at METSTRADE with a dedicated national pavilion, showcasing the innovation and capability of our marine technology ecosystem. We were proud to represent Estonia alongside fellow Estonian companies in Hall 7, Booth 222.

Visit from the Estonian Ambassador

A special highlight of the event was the visit from the Estonian Ambassador to the Netherlands, Paul Teesalu, who officially welcomed all Estonian exhibitors and emphasized the importance of digital innovation in the global marine industry. His presence gave additional visibility to our pavilion and reinforced the value of Estonian engineering on the international stage.

What We Learned at METSTRADE

Over four days at the RAI Amsterdam, we engaged with hundreds of boat owners, marina operators, service providers, and industry professionals from across Europe and beyond. The conversations confirmed what we've believed from the start:

• Affordability matters. Most boat monitoring solutions are priced out of reach for the average boat owner. VoltSense P2 at €282 fills a critical gap in the market.
• Simplicity wins. Boat owners want a solution that "just works" – no complicated installation, no monthly surprises, no technical headaches.

• European manufacturing matters. Many visitors appreciated that VoltSense is designed in Estonia with EU-based support and GDPR compliance built in from day one.
